John Robinson
Managing Director
With over twenty-one years’ experience of property developing with the UK residential property market John has a keen eye for a development opportunity. For many years John’s niche was developing grade I or II listed Regency buildings within the Brighton and Hove catchment area, so he is used to dealing with difficult and highly regulated developments. John also has experience delivering high quality new build developments to time and budget through key areas within the South East.
John’s key role is to identify and acquire potential development sites on behalf of the Group within London and the Home Counties target geographic areas and be involved at all stages through the procurement and planning process.
Prior to property development John ran a successful graphics design agency in Covent Garden for a number of years working on advertising, public relations and direct marketing campaigns for clients ranging from The Sunday Times through to the Home Retail Group.

We have a dedicated and highly skilled internal team that have extensive knowledge in working at all aspects of a development from early opportunity identification through to successful planning processes, to final build and implementation.
The Brunswick Chase Group also works with a hand-picked and highly experienced professional base of architects, planning advisors through to build implementation with a team of outstanding quantity surveyors through to contract administration. They have the ability to identify and progress unique and often difficult sites achieving planning permission on all sites that have been targeted. It is only with the determination and dedication of our people that we can create truly unique and outstanding homes to differentiate us from our competition and consistently achieve target resale prices in changing market conditions.
